By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from JEF Holdings LLC sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include offers, updates, and information about our fintech products and services.
Message frequency may vary; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan. We do not charge for messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or use of our services.
Fees for our services are specified in your service agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.
All content, software, APIs, documentation, and materials provided by JEF Holdings LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform, or use our trademarks without permission.
Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices as described therein.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEF Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JEF Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting jackie@jef-holdings.com. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration shall take place in Brooklyn, New York. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
